PASSION PROJECT: Kronk’s Spinach Puffs

The emperors new groove is a personal favorite Disney movie, and my sister has always adored this movie. I wanted to recreate Kronk’s spinach puffs featured when the emperor eats dinner. The process was super simple- though I underestimated the amount of spinach I would need a tad, they really shrink down a lot. It was very straightforward; sauté, mix, assemble, bake. The cheese mixture contained cream cheese, feta, and parmesan. It was done quick, and the pastry got wonderfully flakey. These spinach puffs were absolutely amazing. I was surprised honestly, but I will make these a hundred times more. Even after they cool, they still are the perfect little snack. Everyone should make these!!
