PASSION PROJECT: Broccoli Pizza from Inside Out

I have always enjoyed the movie inside out, especially the scene where Riley goes to get pizza, and gets a Broccoli Pizza. Now, in the movie, she was not very excited, but me personally, I thought it looked wonderful. The recipe I used required me to make a homemade sourdough crust, which I started early in the morning, after feeding my starter the night before. It sat in the fridge all day right until rolling it as best as I could into even circles. The first pizza I made according to the movie; a béchamel sauce with white pepper, freshly grated nutmeg, and salt. I topped with fresh sliced mozzarella, and cooked broccoli. The cheese got wonderfully melty and crispy, though if I were to make this again I would probably put less nutmeg into the béchamel, and perhaps a little cheese such as parmesan. It was a delicious and crispy pizza none the less. I highly recommend the sourdough crust recipe. The second pizza I topped with marinara and mozzarella, and it was also very good; a classic homemade pizza. I got the recipe for on the website Binging with Babish. I highly recommend broccoli pizza, I once had a delicious rendition of it in Boston, with onions on it as well, and it was just fantastic. Have a lovely day!
